Creating Beautiful Memories in the Green Mountain State

Julie Martin Olson

Growing up, my parents entertained a lot.  I spent my childhood years watching them collaborate on gourmet meals, beautiful table settings and above all else ensuring their guests felt loved and special.  That love they poured into their hosting eventually enveloped me as well.

While I am an interior designer by trade, along the way life nudged (perhaps pushed?) me into event planning.  It became the arena that I could most clearly execute the skills that I've been honing since those days of setting the forks and knives on my parents' table: planner, producer, manager, coordinator.  I love focusing on the details, those tiny things that pop up inevitably in any undertaking and learning how to adapt and most importantly solve the problem at hand with a smile on my face.  If there is a mantra I try and adhere to, it's "Keep Calm and Carry On."  I don't just love what I do, I love that I get to do it for other people; I love working diligently and silently behind the scenes to ensure that every guest that attends one of my events feels loved and special.

I wasn't born to be an event planner, but I was raised to be one.  I can't wait to show you what that means to me.

My story…

Raised in a bustling family, my parents instilled the joy and art of event planning.

With a knack for orchestrating unforgettable gatherings, I've transitioned from my role as an interior designer to a seasoned event planner. My journey, marked by a growing family and a passion for entertaining, spans over a decade, resulting in numerous successful weddings and events.

Event planning allows me to share skills honed since childhood. My mantra is 'Keep Calm and Carry On. My goal is flawless execution, resolving issues with a smile and ensuring stress-free experiences for all. Success, to me, is measured by the smiles on every guest's face.

Whether it's an intimate elopement, a grand wedding, a corporate event, or a brand launch, I am excited to bring a magical touch to your vision. I wasn't born to be an event planner, but I was raised to be one. I can't wait to show you what that means to me!
